Gears
Unlike induction hardening of gear wheels, laser hardening requires no special inductors. We perform the hardening of wheels ranging from several centimetres to 8 metres, including internal and external gearing with any tooth module. We can harden carburised parts as well. Rotation symmetric parts with mass up to 3 tonnes can be processed on a turntable.
